Bolivia, supposedly the weakest team in the group, started its tournament with an unexpected 1-1 draw with Argentina, currently occupy bottom place after losing 2-0 to Costa Rica.
The Bolivians will be without Ronald Rivero and Walter Flores, who were both sent off in the game against Costa Rica.
Colombia's major problem is a lack of goals, somewhat surprising given that their leading line consists of Porto team mates Radamel Falcao and Freddy Guarin.
Another of their strikers, Dayro Moreno, spoke to El Espectador about their plans for Sunday's game. "Its going to be a different game, very complicated, and hard. Bolivia demonstrated they are not an easy team to beat. They were very tough in the first half against Argentina. Because of this, we have to concentrate, and try to correct the errors we have."
He added "We will go into the game with the same plan as we did against Argentina. We want to win, keep our fate in our hands, and progress to the quarter finals".
When asked about the team's lack of goals, Moreno said "The goals will come. I have no doubt of that. God wants me to get the goal that I could not get against Argentina."
